When will my order arrive?
Fulfillment
Orders placed with standard delivery will be processed and dispatched for delivery within 1-3 business days. All expedited orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day if placed before 1 pm MST.
What is your return policy?
All unopened, unused, and unwashed items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Opened/Used items and returns made past 30 days and up to 60 days of your delivery date will only be eligible for store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Orders placed between October 1st and December 25th will be eligible for extended returns up until January 31st, 2024.
Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding items are covered under the 30-night Sleep Trial and are eligible for returns.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty or defective.
