SHIPPING
PRE-ORDERS
We provide estimates on when Pre-Orders will ship and do everything in our power to meet the expected delivery windows.
If you order multiple items and one is on Pre-Order, by default we hold all items to ship 1 complete shipment in order to reduce emissions. However, if you need the item that is in stock sooner, just shoot us an email at support@cerqular.com and we will process the item separately.
PROCESSING + SHIPPING
We aim to process all in-stock orders within 2 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. All other shipping rates are automatically calculated at check-out.
We ship within the USA via USPS. Once your order is processed, you should receive it within 1-3 business days.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us support@cerqular.com, so we can check on your order and any delivery issues.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders Are Final Sale (no refunds or exchanges)
- We ship internationally using USPS First Class/Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide/Standard. Carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
- The recipient of the order is responsible for the tax and duty fees charged by customs to release the package for delivery
- All International Orders must have a phone # and email for the recipient of the delivery when creating the order
- The delivery estimate for international orders on average is about 10-14 business days dependent upon the country of origin.
- If you have not received your package within 30 days, please email us at support@cerqular.com. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON DELAYS IF PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/ EXCHANGE
All return and/or exchange requests must be filed within 14 days of receipt of the order by emailing us at returns@cerqular.com
Please let us know the reason for the return/exchange and which item(s) are being returned from your order. In the event of an exchange/return.
All items must be returned ...
- Unused and In the same condition as received. Items received in used condition will not be accepted. The customer will be notified and will be responsible for claiming their goods.
- In the original or similar packaging
- With the packing slip
- For returns: a note stating why the item is being returned
- For exchanges: a note with the new item preferred
Please mail your return ASAP, but no later than 7 days after receiving the return label.
*In the event an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us at support@cerquar.com with a picture of the item.
We offer free return shipping in the US. If your order does not qualify for free returns, you may return your package the method that suits you best. Please note we do not take responsibility for any items lost in return shipping.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. (include, if applicable)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment unless there is an issue with the return. In this case, we will notify you through email. Please note, the refund may take up to 15 business days to process/post on your statement and is dependent upon your card issuer's policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not see the credit posted on your statement, please double-check and see if the refund is pending. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. If you have done these steps and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@cerquar.com
SALE/ DISCOUNTED ITEMS
We accept returns on full priced items. Any items purchased on sale, including with a discount code, may be accepted for exchange or store credit ONLY. We do not provide free return shipping on sale items.
EXCHANGES
Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created provided the item is in stock* and tracking information will be emailed to you once the new order is shipped.
*If the item is sold out, we will email you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your goods are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Simply email us at returns@cerqular.com to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to get your goods replaced. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed.
Our product guarantee is valid for one year after the purchase date.
We do not collect nor are responsible for any duties, and/or taxes incurred on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
