Sauipe ships Monday thru Friday, except on Holidays. Orders placed after 4PM PST will be shipped next business day.

Customer is responsible for all customs fees at destination. Sauipe is not responsible for items that are not delivered by local post offices or not claimed at customs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
SALE items cannot be returned, only exchanged for another size, style or store credit. Full priced items may be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges can only be made within 14 calendar days from delivery date. No exceptions will be made.
Sauipe offers FREE RETURN on US orders only ($100 and over).
Every return/exchange needs a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Sauipe. In order to obtain an RA, Please submit your RA by logging into your Cerqular account - under “Your Wallet” - select “Refund Request” making sure the relevant item is selected. Please also include the reason for return.
Sauipe cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn, soiled, washed or have had their tags or protective label removed. All tags and labels must be intact, and item must be returned in the original Sauipe custom bag. If you would like to exchange for another item or size, please describe that in your email, providing details such as style number (or name), color and size(s).
If you would like a refund, Sauipe will credit the original form of payment you used in the purchase within 30 days of return.
Once Sauipe sends you a prepaid return label, it must be used within 5 business days or the return will not be accepted, and the item will be considered a final sale.
