What is your return policy?

Sometimes, things just don't work out. It happens!

At ALOHAS, you can return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.

We provide “easy returns” from Spain*, European Union**, the UK, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

Please note that returns have a cost of 4.95 EUR that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Also, there is a 3€ extra fee for Happy Returns (no label needed). Charges may vary for ALOHAS Circle Rewards members (please consult your membership benefits for more info).

Please bear in mind that Last Units discounted products have special return conditions:

Exchanges are possible if you want to select different sizes of the same product. You will also be able to exchange your ALOHAS with other products on our website for up to 20€ more than the cost of your product, at no additional cost! Follow the process and we will recommend products for which you can exchange your items. You can also request Store Credit or just go ahead and use the 'Shop now' feature and we will give you an extra amount to be immediately spent on the next purchase!

Items must be unused and in their original condition, and labels and seals must not have been removed.

Pierced earrings including earring pendants and ear cuffs are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Returned swimwear items must be unworn, untouched, unwashed, and returned in their original undamaged packaging, bearing all of their original labels.

Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled, will not be taken back.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you exclusively use the prepaid label generated using our “easy returns” process (when available). In case you are not eligible for a prepaid label, please make sure all taxes and duties are covered when you pay for your return. We only process those returns that arrive at our warehouse directly, without any customs paperwork or payment from our side. In any case, we highly recommend always keeping the tracking information, as we may request it as proof of return.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS (OR CUSTOMS CHARGES) IN ANY CASE.

If you experience any problems with the prepaid, pre-addressed label we have provided, or you come across an issue when sending the package, please contact us before paying for additional shipping costs yourself. In case you do pay for sending the package, we will not be able to cover any extra costs or charges.

How should I prepare my package for return?

To have your package ready for return, please follow these easy steps!

To make sure we can process your return successfully, please adhere to the requirements below when returning your package:

Use a plastic bag to cover the package (this is where the return label must be attached).
The packaging/box must be the original one used and in perfect condition.*
Do not adhere labels or tape to the shoe box/packaging.*
Download the return form and place it inside the package.

*Please note: if packaging requirements are not met, a €5 penalty will be deducted from your balance.

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.

Orders with available items - in stock - are shipped 1 or 2 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a local holiday. In that case, it would be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.

The shipping of on-demand items - pre-order - depends on the estimated date reflected on the webpage - or order email confirmation - when the order is placed. Remember the estimated shipping window is 10 days from the date shown in your order confirmation. As the product will be produced especially for you, we cannot accelerate this process to send it at an earlier date.
If your order contains one or more items in pre-order or with different pre-order dates - combined orders - remember that because our company’s mission is built on sustainability, we send all items together once they're ready. You will see each item has a different delivery date on your order confirmation; however, we will be sending over the full order at the latest delivery date provided.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our warehouse. It will include all tracking information.

When we find a product that fits one or more of the parameters to have the perfect combination of style, comfort, and durability, we want it to last! To protect them from stains, water, dirt, and in order to maximize their lifespan, we've gathered the best tips & tricks on how to take care of ALOHAS products correctly.

Leather products - Recommended care instructions

At ALOHAS we work with natural leathers. With the right kind of attention, a pair of shoes can last for decades – but neglect can be hard to undo.

When purchasing leather products from ALOHAS bear in mind that it is a natural product, therefore some variations between pairs in terms of color and finishes may occur. This is not a flaw, but a sign of manufacturing a hand-crafted product.

Espadrilles - Recommended care instructions

ALOHAS espadrilles are ideal for the summer season (or for those idyllic places where it’s always warm), but they don't last forever. Given the materials they are made of and the fact that they are handcrafted, are considered seasonal items and have limited durability.

Our shoes do not get along with water, so we recommend that you avoid stepping on wet areas. The lower part of the espadrilles, which is made of jute, should never get wet or humid. You can keep your ALOHAS in good condition for longer if you always keep them dry, especially the soles.

Size selection - how do I know if a product will fit me?Updated 21 hours ago

We love all the sizes and silhouettes and we think each body deserves the best fit possible!

When it comes to fashion, we know that the most important thing is to find the perfect fit. Everybody is different, and that’s why all our footwear and clothing are designed to provide maximum fit consistency within a range of styles. Style, structure, or materials can have an effect on how a garment fits.

We want to help you as much as possible so you can decide which size is most appropriate for you. The majority of our products are offered in S, M, and L sizes. Some products are also available in sizes XS-2XL, but we're currently working hard to get more sizes for all our clothing! You can also check model measurements in the SIZE & FIT section.

How and where are your shoes produced?

At ALOHAS, we are very proud of our sustainable choice of local production. Since its launch in 2015, our shoes have been produced in the coastal region of Alicante, Spain.

Over the years, we have built meaningful relationships with our production teams and worked together on constantly improving the quality of our products. Producing locally helps us with our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and ensures a lower carbon footprint, regular visits to manufacturing facilities by the team to ensure prime labor conditions, and in our case, careful craftsmanship by trusted artisans. The handpicked providers we work with include Leather Working Group certified suppliers.

Our leather is not treated with any chemical products - it's carefully selected for its quality. Your ALOHAS are made of finely tanned leather with gorgeous variations in colors and texture, so every pair of ALOHAS is unique. This is what makes them special and it's an element of authenticity, not a flaw!
