PURCHASES

The terms and conditions rule relationships between ZOURI® and the costumers with regard to purchases of products made through this website.

The customer can browse the website but to access the service sales is essential to have the necessary requirements to enter into legally binding contracts according to Portuguese and E.C. (European Community) Law. It has to be in possession of an e-mail address and a bank account or one of the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.

To make an order the customer is required to fill all the necessary data and accept the terms and conditions. By the time of finalizing the order, the customer can change all the data associated with his request at any time.

ZOURI® reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made at the discretion of ZOURI®. If the order is not executed, ZOURI® will notify the costumer immediately by email. The confirmation of the request is not a purchase contract, it only serves as evidence that the order was approved by ZOURI®.

 

PRICES

All of the prices of the products are clearly indicated in the website and are understood as being inclusive only of VAT, tax rate in our country (Country of Origin - Portugal)
They do not include any additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any applicable legislation, such as import regulations. If necessary, the Customer will therefore provide for customs clearance of imports and pay the duties and taxes (other than VAT), which may be due in the Country of importation.

 

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes between consumers and traders may be solved by agreement through the official website for Online Dispute Resolution managed by the European Commission.

 

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your order at an address of your preference (home, workplace, home of a family member, etc), anywhere in the world.

Each time more often our clients select their workplace as a preferential address to receive their orders. It’s the best way to ensure that will always be someone present to receive your Zouri.


THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MAY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can set this information during the checkout.

Remember that the shipping costs will depend on the country of destination and not the billing country.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a reference, so you can monitor the status of the shipment on the website of the carrier.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE DISPATCH OF THE ORDER?

After the shipment of the order it is not possible to change the delivery address.


I WAS NOT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON THE DELIVERY DATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In case the carrier cannot deliver your order due to the absence of the recipient we will get in touch with you to reschedule a new delivery.

If, even then, there is still no one at the delivery address on the agreed date, you should get in touch with us via email support@cerqular.com in order to arrange a new delivery in a place of your choice (in the same country).

Most of our clients use their workplace address to receive their orders. It’s a good way to guarantee that there is always someone available to receive your Zouri.


MY ORDER HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To ensure the delivery of your order, someone should be present at the delivery address between 9:00 and 18:00 to receive the order.

If you have not received it within the given deadlines (working days) you should get in touch with us via email support@cerqular.com in order to arrange a new delivery at an address of your choice.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping cost is 3,00€ to Portugal.

For the UK and Germany, shipping is free from the minimum shopping value of 400,00€.

The shipping costs depend on the destination address. The amount of shipping costs is calculated in the shopping cart according to the country of delivery.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES?

Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, Zouri has no control over any costs which may be applied at the time of the arrival of a shipment to the country of destination, it is not possible to predict the exact value of these taxes.

If you have any questions, you should contact the local customs before making your order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
