All orders are shipped from our NYC studio.
We have a 30 day return policy from day of order dispatch to request a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this).
As soon as a return is received we will process the refund or replacement. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.
