We do not collect nor are responsible for any duties, and/or taxes incurred on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
SHIPPING POLICY
All Jill & Joey branded product orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All other Eco-partner branded product orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping we offer a flat rate shipping to the United States.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within the greater Seattle, WA area. (10 mile radius of zip code 98126)
Deliveries are made from 8:30am-5:30pm on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
IN-STORE PICKUP
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us or our eco-partners which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your tracking notification within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cerqular.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time.
PACKAGES DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING WHILE IN TRANSIT
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email, at support@cerqular.com. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please reach out to returns@cerqular.com to start your return process.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
