DELIVERY

Your package will be sent out within 1-2 working days after payment. The shipping cost and approximate delivery time will be displayed in your cart during checkout, together with the value of any discount that is applied to your order. We offer free shipping on all European orders over €200.

Please bear in mind that due to the COVID-19 current situation, there may be some shipping delays to some countries due to high demand and safe dispatch measures.

All our items are shipped directly from our headquarters in Spain.

RETURN POLICY

All full priced online orders can be returned within 14 days from the initial purchase date for a refund. Please be aware we do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. We suggest that all products are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with the original packaging. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Hans Method for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense.

Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. When trying on our swimwear, please ensure that you have appropriate undergarments. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been soiled.

Hans Method will pay for all postage costs involved in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect or defective product.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES

Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Hans Method cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import.

Before shopping online with Hans Method, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees.If you choose not to pay any charges required on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a refund for the returned order. Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
