We pride ourselves in having a 100% Happiness guarantee! If for any reason your product doesn't live up to the hype, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange it for something that you will love! Please reach out to returns@cerqular.com to start your return process.
When will I receive my replacement/exchange?
Your new replacement or exchange will be on its way in 3-5 business days once you've returned the order and we've given your refund the thumbs up! Look out for an email with all the shipping and tracking info. Standard shipping times can be found here.
