Returns
30 Days Free Return
We know that kids can be fussy when it comes to clothes. Sometimes it doesn't fit…sometimes they don't like the color…we understand. To keep your kids looking and feeling their best, we accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your package. Please reach out to returns@cerqular.com to start your return process.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 30 days of the date you received your package
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
Orders placed and delivered between November 2nd and December 18th can be returned until January 8th.
Orders delivered after December 18th follow the regular return policy of 30 days.
Please note that if your order goes below free shipping threshold after a return you will have to pay for the shipping fees. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return. Any item that is marked down 50% off or more is considered a final sale, and as such, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
