Kati Kaia Yoga Pads are mini mats you can easily fit into even a small bag. A handy prop to give the comfort, stability and grip you need for your Yoga practice.

These are a great addition to our Yoga Mats with an eco PU surface, which gives a lovely different texture, grip and support. Layering upon a mat gives additional support under elbows or knees and pads are also super portable for taking outside, handstand practice, meditation pad and more! A versatile piece of kit!

With Complimentary Carry Strap, pairs beautifully with our Thalassa or Nephele Yoga Mats.

Kati Kaia Yoga Pads are constructed with non-slip, 100% natural rubber with a premium PU top, providing anti-slip grip and protection for all yoga practices with the added cushioning where you need it. Pads are very versatile piece of kit, whether you need some extra on your elbows/knees or hands/feet, you can move your pad around your mat.

They are great for taking your practice outside, if you want to do special asana practice, without the need of a whole mat, such as handstand al fresco or meditation. No toxic chemicals have gone into the manufacturing process to soften the rubber.

Care Guide

Simply wipe clean inbetween sessions and hand wash only (no machine wash) when needed, air dry.
We recommend the use of a yoga mat cleaning spray between sessions to keep your pad hygienic and ready to use.

Planet Friendly

We use naturally sourced sustainable rubber for the base of our mats. All our printing is done with water-based inks, which are easy to clean with water alone. We’ve also used an innovative heat-bonding process to eliminate the need for toxic glues to bind the top and base layer. All of our Yoga mats are PVC -free!
