This ultra-clean formula gives a satisfying cleanse and luxurious lather, leaving hair feeling light, soft and healthy. At 3x concentrated, we fit a whole bottle of shampoo in a small and portable aluminum tin and packed in the good-for-hair ingredients like aloe vera and amla extract

Made with a refreshing blend of five essential oils all with hair and scalp benefits, including bergamot, rosemary, orange peel, clary sage, and peppermint, this shampoo smells as good as it works. Free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, dyes, and synthetic fragrances. Our formulas are color-safe and proudly vegan and cruelty-free

Each 100ml (3.4oz) recyclable tin lasts as long as a traditional 300ml bottle of shampoo, just use 1/3 of your normal dose and activate with the water in your shower

How to Use Everist
In the shower, wet hair and hands. Scoop a large dime-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm for medium length hair (1/3 your normal dose). Rub with water to activate and lather up in very wet hair, building a creamy lather. Rinse well.

Product Afterlife
Empty aluminum tin, rinse, bunch up and recycle. Bunch with other aluminum (foil, pie plates, etc.) for maximum likelihood to be collected

SHIPPING

We aim to ship within two business days once an order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and promotions) typically via United States Postal Service or Canada Post through their Ground delivery services, unless otherwise requested. Customers can upgrade to our Priority delivery services for an additional fee. In partnership with Climate Neutral, all shipping will be tracked and offset with quality 3rd party certified carbon credits to maintain a net neutral impact on our planet

For peace of mind, all orders receive automatic package tracking. Please ensure your email is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for International orders outside of the United States or Canada

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport. If the address provided is not verified by USPS or Canada Post and is returned to Everist, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent

We do our best to get you your order as fast as possible, while also considering the most efficient, environmentally-friendly delivery route. Sometimes good things take time. We work hard to fulfill all orders within 2 business days, then the below list gives you a general timeline of what to expect for shipping USA and Canada orders

Central USA & Canada - 1 to 3 business days

East Coast, South, Midwest - 3 to 5 business days

West Coast - 5 to 8 business days

Northern Canada / Islands - 7 to 10 business days

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is calculated at checkout when you spend over $50 USD after discount codes but before taxes, for US and Canada orders only. Minimum $50 USD spend, does not include Gift Cards as they are not included in calculating shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time, but we’re working on it

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. If no email address is provided the shipping details will be sent via SMS

ADDITIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately at Support, Just try to catch us before your order has shipped and we'll fix it!

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 12 hours by email: the order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued

Everist reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason

RETURNS

Over 5 billion pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping. Most products that are returned, particularly in beauty cannot be reused for sanitary reasons. That's a lot of unnecessary trash. If you have any questions, please email us at returns for a personalized consultation prior to purchasing

To return an item, please email returns for return authorization. Upon approval, the item(s) should be packaged in original packaging if possible and include your name and order number. You may use the carrier of your choice that is traceable, but we strongly recommend using an insured form of delivery, as Everist is not responsible for lost packages or return shipping costs. Once available, please email us back your tracking # to speed up the refund process. While we don’t charge a restocking fee, shipping fees on your original order are not refundable

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at support, so we can review your case and ship the correct item asap

If you received damaged product, just email us at support and let us know the details. If you can attach a photo of the product in question that would really help speed things up! Shipping can be a rough journey, so it is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. Aluminum tubes are also prone to denting, which we think just adds to their charm. If there is significant damage and the product cannot be used, then please keep your shipping box and packaging materials so it can be inspected by the carrier to ensure it doesn't happen again

With certain usage there is also a small chance that the aluminum of your Everist tube could crack along a crease. Rest assured, no air will get into the product from this and it is still safe to use. We love aluminum (and all it’s quirks!) for it’s premium feel and recyclability

If you think your goods may be lost, no need to panic, we'll find it. First off, double-check the shipping address was correct. Then check around your entrance or mailbox in case the driver thought they found a safe hiding spot (or even at your neighbors!). It happens more than you'd think. Still, no package or attempted delivery notice within 2 business days, contact the carrier with the tracking number to start a claim.
