Returns and Exchange PolicyWe pride ourselves in having a 100% Happiness guarantee! If for any reason your product doesn't live up to the hype, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange it for something that you will love! Please reach out to returns@cerqular.com to start your return process.
When will I receive my replacement/exchange?
Your new replacement or exchange will be on its way in 3-5 business days once you've returned the order and we've given your refund the thumbs up! Look out for an email with all the shipping and tracking info. Standard shipping times can be found here.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once the return is in transit but it will depend on your bank when they show up in your account. Most banks process them within 1-3 business days but it can take as long as 10 business days for some institutions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We only apply a minimal handling fee to orders within the US and Canada.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
If a customer chooses to return an item, handling fees will apply. Please be advised that handling fees are determined by the seller and are not associated with Cerqular.
The amount of the handling fee varies depending on the customer's location and is not fixed. The seller is actively working to secure better rates, as the current fees have been impacted by the recent Canada Post strike.
