How long does delivery take to the US & Canada?
Please allow 10 - 14 working days to receive your order. We make all of your stacks on demand in our UK HQ. We currently ship all international deliveries via FedEx.
Where is Nourished Available?
Nourished is currently in the UK and US. Reach out to connect@cerqular.com to check applicable shipping price/times for any countries outside of the UK or US.

About Get Nourished
How often should I take my stacks and when is the best time to take them?
Our stacks are designed to take one stack per day, they can be taken at anytime throughout the day to fit in with your daily routine.
Who can use Nourished products?
Our Nourished adult range is designed for 18+. We do advise for anyone who has a medical condition or takes prescription medication to check in with a medical practitioner before taking any nutrients and supplements.
Appearance and size of my stacks
Each stack includes 7 different layers of Nourishments within them. The size of the stacks is approx 2.3cm in width and 1cm depth.
All of our stacks are printed on demand. They can differ in appearance due to the crops used or the calibration of the printer.
What is the shelf life of the stacks?
Our stacks have a shelf life of 12 months. All of our personalised orders are printed on demand.
How long until I see the benefits of taking my Nourished stacks daily?
We do advise to allow 8-12 weeks of taking any nutrient and supplements to start to feel a difference. Everybody is different it very much depends on the individual.
Health Conditions , Concerns & Prescription Medication
We would always recommend that if you have any health conditions, concerns or take any prescription medication; to always consult with a doctor before taking any nutrients or supplements.
** 5HTP can have interactions with certain anti-depressant medications. We do not recommend consuming whilst pregnant or breastfeeding; please consult with a doctor before consuming this nutrient.
Do the stacks contain sugar?
Our Nourished stacks are coated with erythritol, which gives the stack a sweet taste. It also contains maltitol within the pectin gel formulation, but is most definitely sugar free.
Do the stacks contain allergens?
Our stacks are allergen-free, but if you have a specific allergy, we recommend you seek advice from a medical practitioner before consuming our products.
