IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
The Element Apothec have committed to creating packaging that is 75% recyclable with the goal of 100% recyclable within three years. In addition, they try to utilize recycled products in their packaging including SFI (Sustainable Forest Initiative) certified paper whenever available.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED?
Every product is thoroughly tested by a third-party laboratory. The Element Apothec test for potency, residual solvents, heavy metals, and other contaminants to ensure their products meet their rigorous standards. Also every batch of CBD extract is independently lab-tested for potency, pesticides, contaminants, and residual solvents.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE PRODUCT QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY?
The Element Apothec's CBD oil is extracted from select, U.S. grown hemp through an all-natural, proprietary extraction and refinement method that meets their rigorous standards for taste, color, potency and purity. These proprietary extraction methods allow us to deliver quality hemp ingredients that are rich with all-natural cannabinoids and free from pesticides, chemicals and other “junk” materials commonly found in many of today’s CBD products.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes! Element Apothec's products do not contain any animal byproducts.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, Element Apothec's products are never tested on animals and are 100% cruelty-free. They have received The Leaping Bunny Certification. The Leaping Bunny Certification is a voluntary pledge that cosmetic, personal care, and/or household product companies make to clear animal testing from all stages of product development. Element Apothec makes a commitment to formulate their products without the use unnecessary or harmful additives or preservatives. Without question, none of their products will ever contain:

While Element Apothec does not actively test for the presence of those ingredients, their products are manufactured without any of the top common allergens listed above.
DO YOU USE SUSTAINABLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS?
The Element Apothec are committed to formulating their products with the most responsible and sustainably sourced ingredients available. Every vendor is screened and verified prior to including their ingredients in the Element Apothec's products.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
The average shelf life for Element Apothec's products is 18 months but for optimal freshness, they recommend using within the first 6-12 months of purchase.
HOW SHOULD I STORE YOUR PRODUCTS?
The Element Apothec recommends storing their products in a cool, dry, dark place to protect the cold-pressed oils and active ingredients.
DO YOUR PURE CBD PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY THC?
The hemp-derived CBD used in all of the Element Apothec's products are made with Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract which contains undetectable levels of THC. Please note that while undetectable, trace amounts of THC may exist.
