Glendalough wild autumn gin

This is a seasonal gin which is crafted using wild botanicals which are sustainably sourced from the Wicklow wilderness. Botanicals are picked and used the very next day to ensure they are in prime condition. This is an aromatic gin that is made using 11 'classic' gin botanicals along with some locally foraged plants such as nettle, watermint, clover flowers, ground ivy, heather flowers, and much, much more
Tasting Notes
Top notes of grapefruit and piney juniper. A helping of heather and rose petals.
Earthy but floral with underlying heather and blackberries.
